extends Enum<EmitStrategy>

Strategy for how the forked PipesServer handles emitting data.

• EMIT_ALL: Always emit directly from PipesServer (never pass back to client)
• PASSBACK_ALL: Always pass back to client for batch emitting (never emit directly)
• DYNAMIC: Emit directly if size >= threshold, otherwise pass back to client
